YKG was appointed to assist with Planning, Technical Design & Contract Administration for this stunning new build in Worcester Park, Surrey.

A plot with significant constraints, the planning process for this project took due diligence and care, and liaising with the local authority was paramount to the project’s success.

YKG was responsible for several recommendations, including the preliminary construction of the rear dormer, notably saving our client time and thousands of pounds by considering a future retrospective application and removing the need to re-roof the property at a later stage of the development.
